Manage and expand global enterprise accounts, drive renewals and upselling, acquire and close new enterprise software business, and develop international reseller partnerships. The role requires ownership of complex sales cycles, pipeline forecasting, CRM administration, cross-functional collaboration, and technical fluency with a SaaS prototyping product. Candidates must have strong B2B SaaS sales experience, enterprise selling expertise, reseller channel management experience, advanced Salesforce skills, and native English plus fluent Korean.

Drive full-funnel growth marketing across Japan and Korea, including localized digital and offline campaigns, social media, paid advertising, email, webinars, events, and partner initiatives. Track lead generation, CAC, conversion, and ROI metrics; optimize campaigns and report insights. Collaborate with global marketing, sales, design, and creative teams while adapting messaging for Korean and Japanese markets.

Manage Japanese enterprise accounts and reseller partners, driving renewals, customer acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to localize offerings and address customer needs in Japan while ensuring local regulatory compliance. The role requires strong enterprise sales knowledge, commercial results, Japanese fluency, Korean or English proficiency, and frequent international business travel.

Own product positioning, product launch orchestration, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and content strategy for ProtoPie’s Enterprise and Self-Serve motions. Develop messaging, launch assets, sales materials, ICP-specific value propositions, webinars, and content programs. Partner with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, regional marketing teams, and executives across Korea, China, and Japan to drive market positioning, pipeline, and sales adoption.

Lead ProtoPie’s technical product vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, and backlog. Partner with engineering on architecture, APIs, SDKs, technical trade-offs, and testing, while coordinating with UX, sales, marketing, and support. Launch and optimize features through the full go-to-market process, serve as the internal technical product expert, and drive cross-platform prototyping experiences, reliability, performance, and user growth.
