Role Summary
The Account Manager for Leica Biosystems is responsible for generating revenue and market share for LBS products and services across the Saudi market. You will actively manage key accounts to maximize customer satisfaction, expand existing relationships, and acquire new accounts to grow sales potential across the targeted portfolio. You will also proactively identify and develop new customer opportunities aligned with strategic priorities to expand the Leica Biosystems customer base.

This position is part of the Commercial team in Saudi Arabia and is fully onsite in Riyadh. You will report to the Territory Manager. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and want to work within a collaborative, high-performing team—read on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver revenue targets across the assigned territory and accounts.

  • Promote the full Leica Biosystems portfolio through customer visits, relationship building, and strong teamwork.

  • Develop account-based sales plans and strategies in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and broader team, based on a deep understanding of customer short- and long-term needs.

  • Proactively research and identify new customers aligned with strategic directives to generate incremental growth.

  • Manage the sales funnel end-to-end through successful close.

  • Own tender projects within the defined territory.

  • Provide timely and accurate sales and order forecasting.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Relevant sales / account management experience within a clinical and/or life science environment.

  • Proven record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to drive business success by understanding customer needs and demonstrating sustained drive to support growth over time.

  • Strong communication skills and sound business acumen.

  • Ability to build constructive and effective relationships internally and externally.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Travel

  • Willing to travel within the defined territory up to 60% of the time.

Language

  • Arabic and English.
