PURPOSE
Pernod Ricard Belgium, subsidiary of the multinational Pernod Ricard, is known worldwide for its exclusive alcoholic beverages, champagnes and wines such as Ricard, Havana Club, Chivas Regal, Jameson, , Absolut, Beefeater, Lillet, Martell, Mumm, Perrier-Jouët,Monkey 47, Malfy, Malibu etc...

RESPONSABILITIES
COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES
- Responsible for achieving pre-defined qualitative and quantitative targets on the Pernod-Ricard Brands. Expanding the presence, visibility and activation of priority brands such as Absolut, Havana Club, Lillet, Monkey 47 etc. in relevant on-trade outlets
- Inviting and accompanying customers to trade fairs and events.
- Informing customers about periodic promotions, new brand launches, commercial actions based on given information.
- Coordinating and following up on commercial agreements.
- Ensure excellent sales service based on availability and flexibility.
- Autonomously negotiate, conclude and follow up commercial agreements with hospitality businesses
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT
- Independently manage own planning and routing.
- General administrative follow-up.
- Ensuring correct response to commercial requests.
REPORTING
- Daily reporting of daily visits and results via internal CRM
- Monthly analysis of sales statistics and reporting to manager.
- Monthly reporting of budget management.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with customers

PERSONAL PROFILE
- You preferably already have a first successful experience in sales.
- Knowledge and experience with wine and/or spirits industry is an advantage
- You are a salesman at heart, always looking for a win-win situation.
- You are highly organised, stress-resistant, flexible (no 9-to-5 mentality); you are bursting with energy and want to get ahead. You have a strong drive, so you take a lot of initiative.
- You are a team player
- You have a passion for hospitality
- French&English or French&Dutch are a must have. Trilingual is a big plus
- Driving License B
