Lead Delivery Consultant – Financial Services Transformation

About the Role
As a Consultant at Capco, you will guide organizations through complex cross-entity transformation programs, leveraging expertise process optimization, organizational change management, and technical solutions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, helping organizations align their business, operational, and technology models with their strategic vision.
Your Key Responsibilities
Industry Expertise Application: Bring deep domain knowledge across Trading & Custody, Post-Settlement, and Asset Management & Distribution to drive successful programs.
Organizational Transformation: Lead organizational change efforts, including defining mission and vision, ideating future-state strategies, and driving change training initiatives.
Process Optimization and Improvements: Perform detailed process analyses, identify gaps, and execute improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Data and Technology Alignment: Map data lineages, perform maturity assessments, and ensure that business processes align with technical solutions and data governance best practices.
Program Management: Oversee the delivery of strategic portfolios, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure end-to-end execution of roadmaps.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across business, IT, and operational teams, ensuring successful project alignment and delivery.

Key Skills and Experience Requirements:
Financial Services Industry Expertise
Proficient in Trading & Custody, Post-Settlement, and Asset Management & Distribution.
Strong understanding of risk and compliance management in financial services.
Consulting & Transformation Expertise
Expertise in Organizational Change Management, including mission/vision alignment and future-state ideation.
Proficient in performing Gap and Maturity Assessments, Target Operating Model (TOM) Design, and Process Improvements.
Skilled in Roadmap Definition and Execution with a proven track record in driving successful operational and technical transformation programs.
Strong capabilities in Project and Program Management, handling complex portfolios across business and IT functions.
Technical Skills
Advanced competency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, and Confluence.
Proficiency in process mapping tools, including Visio (UML).
Experience in SQL, NoSQL, REST APIs, and programming languages such as Python and JavaScript (React, Node).
Demonstrated ability to perform data analysis and visualization using Power BI (m-code/DAX) or Tableau.
Excellent knowledge of Dutch or French AND English.
