Role: Business Analyst – Banking & Payments
What You’ll Be Doing:
Collaborate and Build Relationships: Work closely with both external clients and internal teams to forge productive partnerships.
Define and Deliver Roadmaps: Partner with clients to define their vision and turn strategies into actionable roadmaps for success.
Gather & Refine Requirements: Identify and document precise requirements, translating them into user stories and actionable deliverables.
Enhance Consumer Experiences: Strategically craft and optimize processes, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Lead Digital Transformations: Drive complex, large-scale digital changes for our clients.

Key Experience & Skills:
Business Analysis Expertise: 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the financial services sector.
Agile Delivery Knowledge: Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, creating business cases, and defining project goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven ability to lead sessions, gather requirements, and liaise effectively between stakeholders and users.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Epic, user story writing, and process re-engineering.
Industry Acumen: Expertise in Commercial, Digital, and Retail Banking, with a working knowledge of financial processes.
Exceptional Communication: Articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. We believe your professional background is significant, but your mindset matters most.
