What You'll Do:
- Own a portfolio of merchants enrolled in FBT and act as their primary operational point of contact for the FBT program
- Partner with merchants on inventory planning and product optimization to maximize FBT usage
- Analyze merchant performance, identify growth opportunities, and execute improvement plans via monthly & quarterly business reviews
- 2+ years in account management, e-commerce marketplace or supply chain &
- logistics
- Strong Excel skills; comfortable with BI dashboards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- BA/BS or equivalent industry experience

Skills Required
- 2+ years of experience in account management, e-commerce marketplaces, supply chain, or logistics
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Comfort working with business intelligence dashboards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
