The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a broker who thrives on momentum, enjoys converting opportunities into clients, and prefers a fast‑moving environment over traditional, slow‑paced broking models.

You will work with a steady flow of inbound enquiries, referrals, and targeted outreach activity—rather than cold starting every deal. Supported by strong marketing infrastructure and modern broking systems, you will focus on what you do best: winning and retaining commercial clients.


The Role

As the successful applicant, you will:

  • Manage and convert a consistent pipeline of commercial insurance opportunities

  • Build and grow a portfolio of SME and mid‑market clients across multiple industry segments

  • Provide expert advice across a broad range of commercial insurance classes

  • Move efficiently through the full broking lifecycle: discovery, market engagement, recommendation, and bind

  • Deliver exceptional client service throughout the year, not just at renewal

  • Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach

  • Utilise digital broking systems to manage quotes, policies, and workflow

  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of sales processes and client‑experience frameworks

  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance and/or Diploma of Insurance Broking
