We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate & Commercial team at Marsh. This role will be based in Perth. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will support a portfolio of corporate and commercial clients by building trusted relationships, identifying client needs and helping deliver insurance solutions that align with their business objectives.
You will work closely with colleagues across placement, advisory and client service teams while contributing to portfolio growth and new business opportunities. This role suits someone with experience in commercial insurance broking who enjoys working with clients, developing tailored solutions and building long-term partnerships.
We will count on you to:
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and commercial client accounts while contributing to team sales goals
Build and maintain client relationships, understand client needs and support the delivery of suitable insurance solutions
Review client exposures, claims history and risk profiles to help inform renewal and placement strategies
Work with internal stakeholders, including placement and advisory teams, to deliver renewal outcomes and support new business opportunities
Identify opportunities to broaden client engagement through Marsh’s products and services
Represent Marsh at relevant industry events and networking opportunities
What you need to have:
Experience in a commercial insurance broking or broader commercial insurance environment
Insurance broking licence and Tier 1 FSRA compliance
Knowledge of general business operations, client relationship management and insurance solutions
Ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders
