Sensi.AI is redefining how home care agencies support aging at home. Our Care Intelligence platform translates everyday signals in seniors' homes into actionable clinical and operational insights , reducing hospitalizations, extending time at home, and transforming how agencies deliver care.

Deployed across all 50 states with 1000+ agency partners, Sensi is becoming the new standard of care. We're growing fast and looking for Account Executives who can run with us.

As an Account Executive at Sensi, you will own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to signed agreement. You're selling directly to home care agency owners: founders, operators, and caregivers who are deeply invested in the work they do. The deal pace is fast. The relationships are real. The mission matters.

This is not a lead-passing role. You run your own pipeline, own your own close, and operate with a high degree of autonomy in a team that moves at startup speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: You’ll lead the entire journey from the first discovery call to the final signature. We believe in the power of a single, consistent relationship, so you’ll have full autonomy and ownership over your deals.
  • Discovery-First Selling: We prioritize diagnosing needs before offering solutions. Our most successful team members focus on asking insightful questions to truly understand a prospect’s world before ever opening a slide deck.
  • Pipeline Management: You’ll maintain a healthy, high-velocity pipeline with a focus on momentum. By keeping HubSpot current and ensuring every prospect has a clear next step, you’ll help us maintain a transparent and predictable growth engine.
  • Demo & Positioning: Rather than a "one-size-fits-all" pitch, you’ll craft tailored demos that speak directly to an agency owner's unique hurdles—whether that’s staffing, visibility, or building referral partnerships.
  • Price Confidence: We take pride in the value Sensi delivers. We look for reps who can confidently lead with our standard pricing, viewing discounts as a rare exception rather than a starting point, reflecting our shared belief in the platform's impact.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll be a key voice in the company, partnering with Marketing, Success, and Leadership to share deal patterns and help us refine our collective strategy.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2–3 years in a full-cycle closing role. B2B SaaS, healthtech, or high-velocity startup environment preferred.
  • Emotional Intelligence: You can read a room through a Zoom screen. You know when to push and when to listen. Agency owners open up to reps who feel curious, not scripted.
  • High-Velocity Mindset: You thrive in fast-moving environments where the playbook is still being written. Change is not a disruption, it's your fuel.
  • Charisma with Substance: You're memorable in a first call, and you close because of what you know, not just how you feel.
  • Coachability: You take feedback as a tool. You review your own calls. You ask for help when a deal is stalling, not after it dies.
  • CRM Discipline: You live in HubSpot. Notes are specific. Stages are accurate. Next actions exist on every open deal.
  • Home Care or Healthtech Experience: A genuine plus. The industry has its own language and emotional weight. If you've worked in it, that's a real edge.

The Details

  • Location: This role follows a hybrid model for Austin-based employees and remote work for candidates outside the Austin area. NYC-based employees may work from a shared workspace 2–3 days per week.
  • Team: Reporting directly to VP of Sales. Small, senior team. Your VP is in the deals with you.
  • Tools: CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot) · Conversational intelligence · Zoom · PandaDoc
  • Compensation: Competitive OTE with base + Monthly commission. We pay for performance.
