The role
What will you be doing?
Account Executive
Unum UK is looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our growing and ambitious team. This is a varied role, where you will be responsible for a panel of clients, managing communications and building meaningful relationships.
You will work in collaboration with other sales teams to create a positive customer journey, ensuring they are aware of our products and how to use them, presenting webinars to employers about our well-being offering and taking the lead in the after sales process.
You will utilise Salesforce to view monthly projections, market feedback, trends etc. and act on these insights.
We operate on a hybrid basis, we would like this person to be in Dorking or Basingstoke 2 days per week. Willing to consider flexible working.
What will you bring?
- Passion for sales and account management
- Experience within a customer focused environment
- Good time management, with the ability to work under pressure Comfortable communicating with stakeholders and presenting virtually and F2F
- Group Risk Qualification (great if you have it but not essential).
