We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager, Enterprise Accounts to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving a significant share of Cisco-Splunk revenue, working closely with partners and internal teams across the region. This position is based in Seoul.
Responsibilities- Consistently deliver aggressive license, support, and services revenue targets from large enterprise customers in Seoul; SaaS experience is a plus.
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and partner resources to drive a unified approach to customer engagement.
- Lead enterprise accounts by building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular, personalized engagement.
- Understand customer needs and clearly communicate the value of Cisco-Splunk products and services based on those requirements.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align on events that support networking and prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Learn and develop strong knowledge of Splunk products to effectively advise customers and enable value-based conversations.
- Apply relevant use cases to address customer challenges and position Cisco-Splunk solutions to achieve desired customer outcomes.
- Forecast opportunities by understanding and applying the company’s sales methodologies and processes.

- Comfortable engaging with C-level executives, with a proven record of closing six- and seven-figure software licensing deals.
- Relevant software sales experience in IT systems, enterprise or infrastructure management, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of value-based selling methodologies.
- Familiarity with Splunk products, or the ability to quickly learn their functionality and customer use cases.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and communicate complex concepts clearly.
