Your Impact
As an Account Executive at Cisco, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients. You will manage a growth target for an assigned territory, utilizing a channel go-to-market distribution model and leveraging available resources for maximum sales penetration within target accounts. With a "hunter" mentality and a strategic approach, you will build lasting partnerships and help organizations achieve their business goals through Cisco solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities, while expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Understand client needs and deliver tailored technology solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase Cisco's market visibility and reputation.
• Serve as a vital link between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork to meet client objectives.
• Provide actionable insights based on customer interactions and market trends to refine and develop effective sales strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years of technology sales experience.
• 3+ years' experience leading large accounts, including regular interaction with decision makers and executive stakeholders, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and opportunity management across short, mid, and long-term horizons.
• Proficiency in articulating comprehensive solutions and Cisco's strategic vision to customers and executives with the ability to quantify business impact, cultivate successful outcomes in complex sales environments and deepen customer relationships.

• Proven ability to position end-to-end Cisco strategies and solutions to senior customer executives.
• Demonstrated delivery of business value to both end users and partners.
