As an Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact and influencer for a set of defined accounts. You will be responsible for orchestrating Cisco’s full portfolio to solve complex customer challenges, drive sustainable growth, and foster long-term partnerships. You will lead the end-to-end sales cycle, collaborating with internal specialist teams and Portfolio Solution Engineers to deliver tailored, high-value outcomes to our customers.

What You'll Do

Account Leadership: Manage end-to-end deal cycles for major accounts, proactively identifying opportunities and developing long-term account strategies.

Strategic Engagement: Engage with senior leadership and C-suite executives to align Cisco’s innovative technology—particularly core secure networking (switching, wireless, routing, firewall)—with the customer’s business goals.

Orchestration: Serve as the Account Orchestrator, coordinating cross-functional teams and specialist resources to deliver comprehensive solutions that ensure competitive advantage.

Business Operations: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline documentation, and CRM entries. Identify process inefficiencies and lead internal efforts to streamline deal execution and revenue recognition.

Consultative Selling: Leverage deep industry knowledge and competitive analysis to provide unique insights, driving both upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

Must:

10+ years of experience in IT sales, specifically within the public sector.

Proven track record in building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior management and C-suite stakeholders.

Extensive experience in leading and closing large-scale, complex enterprise deals.

必須要件 (Must):

IT業界における公共営業経験 10年以上。

大規模アカウントにおいて、経営層(C-suite含む)との信頼関係を構築・維持した経験。
