We collaborate closely with Portfolio Solutions Engineers, Architecture Specialists, and Customer Experience (CX) leaders to orchestrate multi-architectural solutions that solve our customers' most critical business challenges.

  • Lead end-to-end sales campaigns across all deal stages (typically $50K–$750K+ deal sizes with 3–18 month sales cycles), driving pipeline from qualification to commercial close.
  • Orchestrate cross-architecture collaboration with Portfolio Solutions Engineers, specialist teams, and ecosystem partners to construct competitive, winning deal packages.
  • Drive deep core secure networking adoption across enterprise switching, wireless, routing, and firewall technologies while identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities across Cisco's broader portfolio.
  • Analyze CRM pipeline data, sales performance metrics, and market dynamics to maintain forecast hygiene and consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue commitments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying enterprise technology sales or account management experience within the IT, networking, or cybersecurity industry.
  • 5+ years of direct experience selling core enterprise infrastructure solutions, specifically enterprise switching, wireless, routing, or firewall technologies.
  • 4+ years of experience leading multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles with average deal values exceeding $100K and sales cycles spanning 3 to 12+ months.
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing enterprise CRM tools (such as Salesforce) for pipeline generation, opportunity progression, and quarterly revenue forecasting.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar annual sales revenue and portfolio expansion quotas.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience); Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
  • Industry-recognized sales or technical certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Network Associate [CCNA], Cisco Certified Sales Specialist, or equivalent networking credentials).
  • Comprehensive architectural and competitive understanding of Cisco’s core secure networking portfolio (Catalyst, Meraki, Cisco Secure Firewall).
  • Proven executive presence and consultative relationship-building skills with C-suite stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CISO).
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, creative problem-solving, and courageous communication skills within matrixed sales organizations.
