Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee execution of multi‑year account plans for complex enterprise customers in the manufacturing and energy sectors, ensuring engagements are aligned to customer strategies, priorities, and industry direction and drive high‑impact digital transformation outcomes.
- Lead and orchestrate cross‑functional virtual account teams and partners to deliver an integrated account experience, expanding Microsoft’s presence, uncovering new opportunities, and ensuring execution of core account transactions and strategic initiatives.
- Build and deepen trusted relationships with executive‑level business and technical decision makers, clearly articulating Microsoft’s value proposition, translating solution capabilities into business impact and return on investment, and influencing long‑term technology roadmaps.
- Drive account growth by identifying and executing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across Microsoft’s cloud, artificial intelligence, security, data, and business application solutions, leveraging industry insight and partner capabilities to expand customer value.
- Proactively assess account health and customer satisfaction, establish clear success measures, and collaborate with customer success, support, and partner teams to remove blockers, mitigate risk, and ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration AND experience working in an industry (e.g.manufacturing, energy) driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience in account management OR equivalent.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration AND experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND relevant experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR equivalent experience.
Account Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Finland is € 96,300.00 - € 156,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
