Role Description:
地区ごとに割り当てられたテリトリーのオーナーとして、売り上げ計画の立案を行い、新規のお客様に対する提案、および既存顧客に対するアップセル、クロスセルを行います。
営業先は経営者や役員などビジネスのリーダーが中心、コンサルティング要素の強い営業活動を行うことができます。
Your Impact:
・担当するテリトリー・アカウントに対して、マーケティング部門、インサイドセールス部門、チャネルセールス部門、パートナー様と協調しながら新規顧客開拓、既存顧客の深耕を推進。顧客の課題解決のみならず、顧客が将来実現したい姿や、あるべき姿をTrusted Advisorとして提案していただきます。
・製品ではなくサービスを顧客に提供しますので、製品の出荷・納品に労力を費やすことは無く、顧客の成功に向けた提案に集中ができます。
・同部署に置ける提案先のほとんどはCEOクラスとなり、経営に直結する提案スキルを身につけることができます。
・決裁者への提案となる為、商談発生から契約までのスパンが短く、営業として数多くのクロージング経験を積んでいただけます。

・将来的なキャリアパスとして、Mid Market(従業員規模300〜599名)、General Business(従業員規模600〜1,999名)へのステップアップが可能です。
 
Basic Requirements:

・3年以上法人営業経験をお持ちの方(有形/無形、IT/非IT商材を問わず)
・目標達成のため、案件発掘手段や優先順位付け、営業プロセスを確率し、実践している方
・個人目標金額を持つ営業経験をお持ちの方
・新規開拓経験をお持ちの方
・自己成長意欲、変化を楽しめる柔軟性のある方
・顧客第一のマインドと予算への強いこだわりを持ち、アクティブに活動できる方
・従来のやり方に固執せず、新しいものを取り入れるという感覚がある方

Preferred Requirements: 
・課題解決型の提案経験をお持ちの方
・CRM、ERP、BI、SCM、PLMなど、BPMを中心としたエンタープライズアプリケーションの知識
・スマートフォンやタブレット、ビジネスアプリケーション、ソーシャルメディアなど新しいものも積極的に使っている方
