About the TeamOur Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) team partners closely with Enterprise Account Directors to sell into the largest and most prominent organizations in the Netherlands. Our Enterprise Account Directors are some of the most experienced and successful reps in the industry. As an ECS Account Executive, you will work hand-in-hand with them, experiencing one of the steepest and most exciting learning curves in the market. This role is the ideal opportunity to be exposed to enterprise selling "the Salesforce way," with a wealth of global resources at your disposal and a broad internal support network.

Day to DayFor our ECS Account Executives, no two days are the same. You will sell our Salesforce Customer 360 platform into top-tier enterprise accounts across the Dutch market. We build trusted relationships with existing accounts to seek out and identify new business opportunities.
On any given day, you could be:
Running complex deals end-to-end, forecasting, and prospecting.
Building go-to-market strategies and executing target account plans.
Running or attending executive roundtables, workshops, and regional events.
Managing urgent customer requests and navigating complex organizational structures.
You will leverage your business development and relationship-building skills to:
Advise customers on the Salesforce Platform and industry-specific solutions to help them achieve their digital transformation goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional supporting teams (Pre-sales, Success, Partners) to lead the end-to-end sales process.
Uncover critical customer challenges using solution-selling expertise, demonstrating how Salesforce technology solves complex business problems.
Establish a regular customer cadence to manage and build high-value, long-lasting relationships.
Research territories and specific industry verticals to formalize a localized go-to-market strategy.
Balance short-term transaction execution with a long-term strategic perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
Experienced: You are a tenured Account Executive who has had exposure to enterprise or commercial accounts, or you can demonstrate the business acumen and gravitas needed to influence C-level executives. You have a proven track record of carrying a quota and hitting sales targets.
Driven: You are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Ambiguity doesn’t scare you; you are driven to not only achieve your target but to blow past it.
Resilient: You have a high EQ. We operate in a highly matrixed team environment with multiple stakeholders, so maintaining a collaborative, calm attitude is essential.

Qualified: Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger), hands-on CRM experience, and strong professional references are preferred. Fluency in Dutch and English is required for this market.
