Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Conduct AE duties on scheduled calls, including discovery of prospect/customer pain points, requirements, and buying process.
- Present LogicMonitor’s value through conversations, product demonstrations, and presentations aligned to identified needs.
- Apply LogicMonitor’s sales methodology and process to advance opportunities through defined sales stages.
- Progress opportunities by engaging appropriate stakeholders (“multi-threading”) and coordinating team selling with SEs, leadership, and executive resources as needed.
- Translate customer scenarios into tailored use cases and recommended solution configurations.
- Identify, document, and communicate technical considerations, risks, and constraints during the sales cycle; partner with SE/Channel/Product/Support as needed.
- Manage trial execution by documenting desired business outcomes, evaluation criteria, stakeholders, timeline, and agreed trial scope; align changes to prevent scope creep.
- Maintain accurate opportunity notes and next steps in Salesforce (contacts, stakeholders, use cases, timelines, evaluation criteria, and risks).
2+ years of full-cycle B2B technology sales experience, including complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Track record of achieving/exceeding $1M+ annual quota (ARR for SaaS or equivalent ACV/TCV for non-SaaS).
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technology into clear business value for technical and executive audiences.
Proven executive presence and relationship-building, including multi-threading and influencing C-level stakeholders, economic buyers, and champions.
Demonstrated success in both net-new acquisition and expansion (“land and expand”) within large, strategic accounts.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC (or comparable qualification methodology) preferred.
