Partnership BD岗位职责:
  1. 负责拓展和管理B2B业务的合作渠道
  2. 通过多种资源链接方式(直客、转介绍、展会等)寻找有B2B客户资源的合作方
  3. 通过有效的商务谈判,与渠道建立合作关系,并通过把控双方合作的价值点,培养和挖掘渠道推荐客户的习惯和意识,达成长期有效的合作模式,从而达成自己的业务目标;
  4. 与渠道持续加强信任关系,通过高频沟通和组织培训,让渠道理解我司需要的客户画像并能介绍我司产品的优势价值点,从而推动渠道更精准地推荐目标客户。
  5. 有风险管理意识,能对渠道合作过程中可能发生的风险有概念并有防范意识。

任职要求:
  • 本科及以上学历,2年以上B类业务渠道拓展经验,有跨境支付、SAAS、ERP、银行、财税类渠道管理经验者优先;
  • 有很强的学习能力,能够快速学习公司产品,理解业务相关的行业知识;
  • 具备出色的沟通和表达能力,能独立完成和渠道的商务谈判,并维系好渠道日常合作关系;
  • 结果导向,具备强烈的自我驱动力和抗压能力,有良好的逻辑思考和归纳总结习惯,有根据自身业务目标拆分渠道目标和过程管理指标的经验;
  • 具备风险意识,能了解跨境支付上的常见风险,能预判渠道合作上容易发生的问题,在管理渠道的同时有识别潜在问题的敏感度。
