KA BD岗位职责:

  1. 负责拓展和管理重点B2B客户 - 外贸产业带客户为主,对产业带有一定了解,能深入理解其跨境业务模式及资金流结构;

  2. 通过多种获客方式(直客、转介绍、展会、商务渠道合作等)寻找潜在客户,达成营收目标;

  3. 深入了解客户业务模型与需求,结合我司多元化产品能力,制定匹配的综合解决方案;

  4. 推动客户从注册、KYC、上线到持续交易的全流程,确保客户稳定使用;

  5. 与客户中高层持续建立信任关系,推动合作从初始交易走向长期战略合作,并有能力渗透到产业带其他客户群体;

  6. 关注客户交易合规性,具备基本的风险识别意识,能在销售过程中把控交易合理性与真实性;

  7. 跟进行业趋势及客户反馈,协助优化产品和业务流程。

任职要求:

  • 本科及以上学历,3年以上B类业务销售或客户拓展经验,有跨境支付、SAAS、ERP、银行、外贸产业带供应链业务经验者优先;

  • 有很强的学习能力,能够快速学习公司产品,理解业务相关的行业知识;

  • 具备出色的沟通和表达能力,有能与客户进行深入沟通,维持良好的商务关系,独立完成商务谈判和提供综合解决方案的能力;

  • 结果导向,具备强烈的自我驱动力和抗压能力,有良好的逻辑思考和归纳总结习惯;

  • 具备风险意识,能了解跨境业务合规要求,能在销售过程中识别潜在问题并规避风险。
