We are seeking a Account Based Marketing Coordinator. The ABM Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing account-based marketing strategies aimed at engaging and converting high-value accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of marketing and sales alignment, excellent project management skills, and a passion for driving results through personalized marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies tailored to high-value accounts in alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define target accounts and create customized marketing plans.

Campaign Management:

  • Design, execute, and manage ABM campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, webinars, and events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Account Engagement:

  • Develop and manage personalized content and messaging for target accounts to enhance engagement and drive conversions.
  • Monitor account interactions and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.

Sales and Marketing Alignment:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies and activities support sales objectives and drive pipeline growth.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance and account progress to sales and marketing leadership.

Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze campaign performance and account engagement metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Prepare and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI to stakeholders.

Resource Management:

  • Manage marketing resources and budgets for ABM initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support campaign execution.

Main Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing or B2B marketing preferred.
  • Experience with people management.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of ABM principles and best practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decision
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create compelling and personalized marketing content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English
