We are currently seeking an Account Associate to join and support our expanding Commercial Lines Department. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and managing their evolving insurance needs. Our Learning & Development team will assist you in acquiring state licensing, professional designations, and more—all on us—while guiding you through the industry from the ground up.

What You Will Do:

• Process and review policies, issue endorsements, and invoices for the team
• Process certificates of insurance to support our client's ongoing operations
• Assist Account Managers with system updates and client support as needed
• Stay informed of company and industry procedures
• Regularly document all activities and correspondence 

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Acquiring state licensing, once hired
• Passion and dedication for continued learning
• A foundational understanding of Microsoft Office; comfortable with modern technology
