Your schedule is set, consistent, and always falls Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. No nights, no weekends, and no cold calling.
What you will do- Call existing clients ahead of their bond renewal date to let them know what is coming up.
- Walk clients through payment and financing options.
- Collect payment over the phone.
- Document each conversation while answering billing questions and communicate status within our process.
- Work from a prepared list of current clients.
- Reliability. We obsess over service, so our team counts on our calls to clients.
- Consistency. We are looking for someone that can work a minimum of 15 hours up to 20 hours per week.
- Willingness to learn. No insurance or surety experience is required! Paid training is provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 2 years of customer service, sales, or office experience is preferred
- $20/hour
- Monday – Friday, shifts scheduled between 9 AM to 5 PM
- 15-20 hours/week (No Wednesdays, No weekends)
- Onsite at our downtown Columbia MO office
- A set schedule that stays the same week to week
This position is a cash-sensitive position which means we take customer payment over the phone. It requires a criminal background check and a credit check before your start date, and a credit check annually thereafter. All checks are completed in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable laws.
