We are looking for an Account Executive and Social Media Manager to manage day-to-day client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and support strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for digital and social media.- Manage the day-to-day execution of client projects from planning through to delivery
- Serve as a key point of contact between the client and the agency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
- Understand client business objectives and proactively respond to their needs
- Participate in campaign strategy development and ensure effective implementation
- Coordinate and lead internal project workflows, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Monitor campaign performance, provide reports, and deliver optimization recommendations
- Prepare client presentations, status reports, and meeting summaries
- Identify insights from data, trends, and competitive analysis to support better decision-making
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, content, media, etc.)
- Proactively suggest new ideas, solutions, and opportunities for client growth
- Plan, manage, and execute social media campaigns across relevant platforms
- Coordinate content creation, scheduling, and publishing
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on insights and KPIs
- Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure engaging and consistent messaging
- Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Support community management and ensure brand consistency across channels
- Prepare campaign reports, performance analyses, and financial summaries
- Support billing processes and administrative tasks
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by management
