Brindar apoyo legal en asuntos corporativos, contractuales, judiciales y administrativos, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo, la adecuada defensa de los intereses de la compañía en litigios y la correcta gestión documental de la empresa.
Resumen de funciones
Este rol clave reportará al representante legal y al área jurídica de la compañía, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con diversas áreas internas para garantizar el cumplimiento normativo, la protección jurídica integral y la gestión eficiente de asuntos corporativos, contractuales y judiciales.
En un día normal tendrás que:
Funciones corporativas y contractuales
Revisar y elaborar contratos y documentos legales de la compañía, incluyendo acuerdos comerciales, actas, informes y otros documentos jurídicos relevantes.
Brindar asesoramiento legal estratégico a las distintas áreas de la compañía.
Gestionar trámites societarios, incluyendo la proyección y revisión de actas, poderes y documentos necesarios para asambleas y juntas directivas.
Apoyar los informes y requerimientos administrativos corporativos solicitados al área legal.
Funciones judiciales y de litigios
Liderar y gestionar procesos judiciales en todas sus etapas: prejudicial, judicial y postjudicial.
Representar a la compañía ante juzgados, tribunales, superintendencias y demás autoridades competentes.
Elaborar y presentar demandas, contestaciones, recursos, incidentes, escritos de seguimiento y demás actuaciones procesales.
Diseñar estrategias jurídicas de defensa en procesos civiles, comerciales, administrativos, laborales o de consumo.
Coordinar la recolección, análisis y aseguramiento de evidencia para el adecuado soporte de los procesos.
Realizar seguimiento riguroso al estado de los casos y elaborar reportes periódicos de contingencias y riesgos para la gerencia.
Gestionar y supervisar el trabajo de firmas externas cuando intervengan en litigios específicos.
Participar en negociaciones, conciliaciones y mecanismos alternativos de resolución de conflictos.
Apoyar en la prevención de litigios mediante la identificación temprana de riesgos y la recomendación de acciones correctivas o de mitigación.
¡Lo que necesitarás para tener éxito!
Formación académica: Profesional en Derecho con especialización en Derecho Civil, Comercial, Procesal o áreas afines (deseable).
Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en derecho privado, con práctica en: Derecho societario, comercial o financiero. Constitución de sociedades, realización de asambleas y juntas directivas, elaboración de actas. Revisión, elaboración y negociación de contratos. Litigios y representación judicial, incluyendo actuaciones, seguimiento y planeación estratégica de procesos.
Conocimientos: Paquete Office. Excelente redacción jurídica y capacidad argumentativa. Conocimiento y manejo de plataformas judiciales digitales.
Idioma: Inglés intermedio–avanzado.
