About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven ABM to lead our targeted marketing efforts to support funnel progression and opportunity creation. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the “one to many” and “one to few” ABM strategy and campaigns, focusing on our target accounts universe. This person will also oversee our paid digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B marketing, with a focus on creating personalized marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives and drive measurable business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and drive the global one to many and one to few ABM strategies; including program creation aligned to the company’s strategic priorities. 
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEM, paid social and display.
  • Leverage data analytics to monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and recommendations for improvement to assess the effectiveness of ABM and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage modern marketing technology, including our martech stack (Demandbase, Marketo and SFDC).
  • Align with Marketing operations to build a comprehensive view of account intelligence and campaign performance against metrics, leveraging internal and external tools. 
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine marketing tactics
  • Partner with campaigns and product marketing to create messaging that engages the buying group at targeted accounts. Map content and campaigns across personas, segments and verticals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in ABM and digital marketing.


What we’re looking for:

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, with a focus on ABM and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEM, social media, display, and email.
  • Experience with ABM tools (Demandbase), marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels
  • Good understanding of pipeline stages to provide reporting and analysis on what can be done to accelerate pipeline and assess what programs are helping drive closed-won revenue.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
