Pre-sales Solutions Architect responsible for driving adoption of Aerospike by translating technical capabilities into customer value. Engage across the sales cycle: discovery, demos, POCs, architecture, and deployment. Prepare technical presentations, assess system requirements, troubleshoot, and enable customers and partners via training and events. Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to surface feedback and align solutions to mission-critical, real-time database use cases.

Support FP&A by preparing management presentations, monthly financial reviews, and reports; analyze usage-based billing and automate revenue operations; maintain financial systems and BI reports; and assist finance transformation projects including AI-enabled automation.

Engage with C-level and developer audiences and support customer enablement events.

Design, build, and own frontend features for the Voyager desktop app and Aerospike Cloud. Architect scalable frontends and a reusable component library, integrate APIs and LLM/agentic capabilities, optimize performance and accessibility, implement automated testing, and collaborate with design, product, and QA to ship reliable cross-platform desktop and web experiences.

The Senior Director of Engineering will lead Aerospike's India Engineering organization, manage product delivery, ensure engineering quality, and drive technical strategy while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Drive outbound pipeline and qualified meetings across North America by executing account-based, multi-touch cadences. Partner with AEs, marketing, and demand gen to convert meetings into revenue, engage technical buyers on architecture and performance, maintain Salesforce rigor, and deliver market intelligence to Product and Sales leadership.

Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex customer issues for the Aerospike real-time data platform across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments. Collaborate with engineering to drive fixes, support enterprise deployments, provide configuration and performance tuning guidance, participate in live incident remediation and on-call rotations, and produce documentation and Knowledge Base articles to scale support.

Drive territory development and close new business with Digital Native and enterprise accounts. Build relationships from engineers to executives, evangelize Aerospike solutions, manage pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, deliver technical presentations, and support regional events to exceed quota.

Lead and manage a team developing the Aerospike Cloud Platform, focusing on architecture, execution, and fostering a high-performance engineering culture.
