We need an English-fluent Sales Support specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to sales team members. Duties may
include calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, meeting
coordination, and preparing sales presentations/documents. - Creating and updating list of possible leads.
- Ensure excellent organization of sales files, databases, and shared drives.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Create campaigns for initial outreach.
- Translate sales materials from English to Spanish and vice versa.
- Provide bilingual support during meetings.
- Complete other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in sales operations or executive admin support.
- Experience with Hubspot and lead generation platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $800 - $1,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
