Build and own internal operational tools, client portals, dashboards, intake workflows, and responsive web experiences. The engineer will shape system architecture, scalability, user flows, and technical roadmaps while collaborating with leadership and an external development team. Designs and maintains automated testing frameworks and suites across unit, integration, end-to-end, and API testing. Executes manual functional, regression, exploratory, and integration tests; integrates automation into CI/CD pipelines; establishes quality gates; analyzes defects; and collaborates with engineering and product teams. The role also applies AI tools throughout the software testing lifecycle and documents QA processes and improvements.

Build and optimize HubSpot and other marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, lifecycle stages, CRM pipelines, and Sales Hub configurations. Manage contact segmentation, database hygiene, account implementations, CRM migrations, and performance reporting across multiple client accounts. Monitor campaign and website analytics, troubleshoot routing and workflow issues, and present email performance insights. The role is part-time, remote, and requires strong HubSpot expertise, certifications, email marketing knowledge, and experience with multiple automation platforms.

Part-time administrative assistant responsible for migrating data between SharePoint environments, supporting digital and IT-related tasks, managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, and performing basic video editing. The role requires advanced English, strong technical skills, independence, attention to detail, and availability during Mountain Time hours. It is a one-month remote project for a Latin America-based professional, with possible extension.
