We need an English-fluent Mobile UI Design Specialist, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
Improve the visuals and overall interface for a wide array of products across iOS, Android, Desktop, and internal collateral.
Develop and expand product-specific design systems to ensure consistency within each product line.
Create visually striking and intuitive UI designs tailored to each product's target audience and platform.
Collaborate with product teams to understand and visually interpret the unique requirements of each product.
Ensure usability and visual appeal across different screen sizes and resolutions.
Work within the design team to provide value across all company initiatives.
Create and maintain UI component libraries and style guides for various products.
Contribute to the evolution of visual design languages specific to each product line.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in UI design, with a proven track record of working on diverse product types.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UI design work across various platforms (iOS, Android, Desktop).
- High degree of proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Expert knowledge of platform-specific design guidelines (iOS Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design, etc.).
- Strong adaptability in visual style and design approach.
- Excellent visual problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions across different product teams.
It's a plus:
- Experience with motion graphics and micro-interactions for mobile and desktop interfaces.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with agile development processes.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices in UI design across platforms.
- Experience in icon design and illustration for various platforms.
- Ability to utilize AI tools for asset generation and design exploration (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E).
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,500 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position includes a 3-month trial period, with the possibility of extension to a long-term.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
