We need an English-fluent UX Designer with Frontend, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design and development of user-centered digital products.
- Conduct user research and apply design thinking principles to inform product design.
- Create visual designs, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of designs.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with a strong design focus.
- 3+ years of experience in UX design.
- Experience in Design Thinking and conducting User Research.
- Proficiency in Visual Design.
- Strong skills in Prototyping and Interaction Design.
- Mandatory knowledge of Next.JS.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Have potentially attempted to start a company in the past is a big plus.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
It’s a plus:
- Experience with Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, and Mobile Design.
- Familiarity with No-Code Development Platforms.
- Experience in Usability Testing, User Interface Design, and Wireframing.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $4,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
