We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Graphic Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create compelling visual designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns and projects.
- Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, digital visuals, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.
- Act as an art director, overseeing the visual elements and ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Design rough sketches and materials, discussing them with team members and clients for feedback and approval.
- Create videos for social media, product development, and promotional purposes.
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing to ensure high-quality output.
- Provide proofing and prepare art files for production.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet project goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience developing 360 marketing campaigns with all its assets and various platforms.
- Experience developing concept to-completion campaigns, including print and digital and running the campaign with all its assets and implementation
- Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Dreamweaver, and other graphic design software.
- Experience developing animation for short films and videos from concept to completion, using video editing software and animation tools(e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience in web design, using WordPress
- Experience with UI UX and making changes to websites.
- Experience building successful campaigns and engaging the public.
- Experience creating branding books, branding packages, branding campaigns, and creating briefs for projects and managing these projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and present creative ideas.
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design and production.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong video editing capabilities and knowledge of AI (Artificial Intelligence) applications in design is a plus.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position depends on seniority and skillset, and varies from:
- part-time: USD $500 - $600 per month
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
