Skills Required

Masters in Accounting or Semi-Qualified Accountant (or Graduate in Accounting/Commerce with 15 years of education)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP systems
Knowledge of accounting principles and management accounting concepts
Experience preparing bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations
Experience with month-end close, posting journals, prepayments and accruals
Experience handling intercompany transactions and fixed asset sub-ledger to GL reconciliations
Ability to perform variance and margin analysis and respond to stakeholder queries
Decent written and spoken English communication skills
Self-discipline, teamwork, adaptability and ability to multitask
