Skills Required
- Fair understanding of Procure to Pay (P2P) cycle and Accounts Payable
- Good understanding of PO and non-PO invoices and invoice processing
- Basic understanding of vendor setups and reconciliations
- Vendor reconciliation and vendor query management skills
- Insight on intercompany transactions
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines and SOPs (timeliness and accuracy)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Good analytical skills and basic accounting skills
- Decent English communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to work in a team
- Graduate in Finance or Bachelors in Business Administration with adequate data entry skills
- Total work experience of 2+ years in Finance / Accounts Payable
