Job Overview
Wargaming is looking for a 3D Artist to work in the World of Warships Visual Department in our Belgrade office.
World of Warships is the best naval game around, letting you take command of legendary warships from the period of the 20th century as you battle your way across the open sea with other players.
The Visual Department is a department dedicated to the development of visual solutions for many aspects of the World of Warships game. The Team creates game locations, ship skins, ports, and a visual mood for players and in-game objects, FX, and supports the visual content of game events.
What will you do?
- Create unique ship skins
- Design artistic solutions for unique ship content
- Assemble ship assets
- Skins' integration into the game engine
What are we looking for?
- Blender proficiency
- ZBrush skills
- Substance Painter/Designer experience
- Adobe Photoshop skills
- Texturing skills for Physically-Based Rendering
- Ability to work with existing concepts
- Attention to detail, visual experience, sense of taste
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Understanding of game pipelines and performance constraints
What additional skills will help you stand out?

Experience in setting up materials and masks for custom shaders
