Capital Markets

Capital Markets is a leading provider of debt financing and risk management solutions. Our debt capital markets, derivatives and credit specialists partner with clients to deliver tailored financing strategies, leveraging MUFG's global platform and investor network to provide access to international capital markets.

What to Expect

You will join the Capital Markets and gain hands-on experience supporting client financing and capital raising activities. Capital Markets advises corporate, financial institution and sovereign clients on accessing debt markets and connects them with MUFG's global investor base.

As an Analyst, you will gain exposure to the full bond and loan origination process, from market analysis and client engagement through to transaction execution. You will work closely with colleagues across Capital Markets, Syndicate, Sales & Trading and Coverage teams, contributing to live transactions and developing a broad understanding of global capital markets.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Company and industry research and analysis
  • Primary and secondary market analysis
  • Supporting transaction execution and documentation processes
  • Preparing client presentations and marketing materials
  • Assisting with market updates and deal-related materials
  • Coordinating with stakeholders throughout the origination and execution process

Our 18-month Analyst Programme begins with a comprehensive training curriculum designed to build your understanding of our products, clients, and business strategy. This foundation will equip you with the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed as you transition into your role.

As part of a select Analyst cohort, you'll learn from some of the most experienced professionals in the industry while building connections with peers across the programme.
