E-HRLDP Internship Program:
The E-HRLDP Internship is a 10-12 week program enabling highly motivated graduate students to demonstrate their potential to be one of Johnson & Johnson’s HR Leaders of the future.
Through the Internship assignment, Interns may have the opportunity to provide strategic consulting and design support to J&J businesses on an enterprise, global and regional level.
Some of the exciting areas of opportunity include Learning & Development, Change Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Organizational Development and Design, and Business Partner/Corporate Service support across our business sectors (MedTech and Innovative Medicine) or enterprise Supply Chain. Assignments are based on personal development, experience, interest, and business need. Upon completion of the E-HRLDP Internship, Interns will be considered for hire into the E-HRLDP full-time program.

You should meet the following requirements:
Authorization to work in the United States is required. (The company does not provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status). Students currently in the country on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT require future sponsorship for long-term employment.
You are a Graduate student completing your MBA, Master’s Degree or Ph.D. with focus in any HR-related disciplines or any business-related disciplines, and an intended graduation date between December 2027 – July 2028.
5 years or more of prior full time, professional work experience is required (Full time is equivalent to working 40 hours or more weekly, on a continuous basis).
Previous HR experience is preferred, but not required (may vary by region).
You are geographically mobile for your rotations and final placement of the full-time program.
Fluency in English is required, as well as fluency in the language of the country where the Internship assignment is located. Fluency in a second language is desired.
Positions are likely to be based at one of our two HR hubs located in New Jersey or Florida.
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $52.00/hour. This position is eligible for a sign-on and/or early incentive bonus. This position is overtime eligible.
Co-Ops/Interns may be eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year.
Co-Ops and Interns may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension). The successful candidate will not be eligible for severance at the end of the assignment.
