Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Planning Specialist. This position is a full-time remote position.
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector GSC Supplier and Agreements Team.0
Job Duties:
- Support program proposal requirements.
- Research part and supplier usage history.
- Develop compliant RFQ package for supplier quotes in support of program proposals.
- Coordinate and manage RFQ process for supplier quotes.
- Analyze RFQ responses.
- Provide written updates to suppliers and NG program team.
- On-board suppliers in multiple ERP systems (SAP and Costpoint).
- Provide invoice support.
Basic Qualifications:
- Has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Having majored in Supply Chain Management, Logistics & Transportation, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics / Applied Economics, Data Analytics / Business Intelligence, or similar from an accredited university
- Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
- MS Office including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher
- Supply chain experience for an aerospace and/or defense company.
Salary Range:
$ 57,300 to $ 85,900.00
