About the RoleThe purpose of the Summer Internship Program is to gain practical work experience and contribute to the improvement of Dyson products and services while working with Dyson professionals in various departments. Main Responsibilities:
Conduct product research and analysis to uncover market trends, customer behaviour, and industry insights, supporting the team's strategic objectives.
Assist in planning, executing, and tracking projects and campaigns to achieve team goals and deliver measurable results.
Collaborate with team members to proactively share ideas, streamline workflows, and manage a variety of operational tasks.
Compile research findings and insights into clear and concise reports or presentations to support the decision-making process.
Provide administrative and operational assistance to ensure smooth execution of activities across team functions.
Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and propose creative solutions to challenges or opportunities.
Learn and apply tools and platforms integral to the team's work (e.g., digital marketing systems, e-commerce analytics, sales tracking/CRM platforms, and back-office support tools).

研修の一環として、ストアやデパートの販売売り場への訪問・見学を実施。
ブレインストーミングセッションへ積極的に参加し、チームの課題に対して創造的なソリューションを提案。
デジタルマーケティング、Eコマース分析、セールストラッキング/CRMツールなど、チーム業務に関連するツールの学習・活用。
Program Details:
Internship Duration: 5 days a week, 7 hours a day for one month between July and September 2025.
Work Hours: 10:00 – 18:00 (1-hour break) or 09:00 – 17:00 (1-hour break), depending on team requirements.
Compensation: 2,000 JPY per hour.
Additional Benefits: Commuting expense reimbursement and Workers' Accident Compensation insurance coverage will be provided.
