Human Resources Rotational Program - with a start date of June 2025
This position is a part of the Charter Human Resources (HR) Rotational Program. The program is designed to accelerate the development of early-career HR talent by offering customized experiences across different HR functions. The rotational program provides mentorship, networking, on-demand training, exposure to senior leadership and to various HR functions and business units. Program participants will rotate across roles in 3 different HR functions over an 18-month period. The HR Rotational Program Associate will have a diverse set of experiences in areas such as HR Partnership, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, etc.
- Gain relevant, operational level experience and understanding of the roles, processes and systems associated with the Human Resources function.
- Program may include experience and exposure in the following areas: HR Partnership, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, etc.
- Develop knowledge and gain insight into a variety of HR departments and functions by understanding the roles and processes within each rotation, with the goal of conducting responsibilities alongside the teams.
- Complete responsibilities as assigned in each rotation with eventual goal to own certain responsibilities and provide feedback, insight, and collaboration to the work developed.
- Collaborate with various levels of management and employees to learn organization in specific rotation and its business partners.
- Participate in shorter learning experiences throughout the program to gain additional exposure to various HR functions outside of assigned rotations.
- Develop a general understanding of HR Business Partner capabilities including function knowledge, talent management, consulting & influencing, relationship & interpersonal, people analytics, and business acumen.
- Perform other duties as requested.

Required Education
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
- Human Resources experience - 1+
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
- Knowledge of cable television products and services a plus
Preferred Education
- Certifications for Human Resource Professionals (PHR, SPHR) preferred
