一、生产制作工程部—工程师
需求专业：
化学、材料、新能源、英语类、理工类
岗位职责:
设定各生产流程的工艺规范及操作规程，对工艺流程问题进行分析、解决、维护生产工艺的稳定；不断优化生产工艺，提高效率，降低成本。
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历
2、善沟通，表达能力强，能吃苦耐劳，能承受压力
3、英语CET-6或以上，可熟练使用微软办公自动化软件。
二、研发部—工程师
需求专业：
化学、材料、新能源、英语类、理工类
岗位职责:
根据公司发展需要，主导新技术研发、工艺流程能力提升、项目研究专利申请、新设备、新材料评估、文件系统完善以及客户跟进
岗位要求:
1、硕士及以上学历
2、善沟通，表达能力强，能吃苦耐劳，能承受压力。
3、英语CET-6，可熟练使用微软办公自动化软件。
三、品质保证部—工程师
专业：
质量管理、环保安全、英语类、理工类
岗位职责:
公司品质体系的建立、维护及不断完善；生产过程中的品质控制及品质改善，流程中品质问题的预防、分析及提出改善方案；应对及处理客诉。
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历
2、要求性格外向，具有良好的服从性、上进心及沟通能力，并能出苦耐劳；
3、英语CET-4以上；电脑基本操作熟练。
四、产品制作工程部—工程师
需求专业：
计算机、理工类
岗位职责:
通过分析客户提供的资料编写ICS和指示，与客户沟通并解决相关工程问题。
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历
2、性格外向，善于沟通，吃苦耐劳。
3、英语CET-4以上；电脑基本操作熟练。

五、物料计划部—计划工程师
需求专业：
物流、财会类、理工类
岗位职责:
根据订单、工序产能情况合理安排投料、生产、出货，确保按时、按量出货，达成公司目标。
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历
2、性格外向，善于沟通。
3、英语CET-6以上；电脑基本操作熟练。

六、持续改善部—工程师
需求专业：
工业工程、生产管理、项目管理、理工类
岗位职责:
主要负责流程精简，组织精益生产项目的开发及跟进，改善品质，提升效率，节省成本；并组织相关的培训活动。
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历
2、性格外向，善于沟通。
3、英语CET-6以上，擅长PS、视频剪辑的优先。

七、生产部—NPI工程师
需求专业：
工业工程、生产管理、项目管理、理工类
岗位职责:
负责样板计划排期，协调各部门的生产；整体生产进度管理，生产资源协调等。
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历
2、团队意识强，善于沟通。
3、英语CET-4以上，熟悉office软件操作。
