Job Description:


Highstreet IT Solutions is looking for an India-based Change Manager to join our PMO team reporting to the Sr. Organizational Change Manager. This Organizational Change Manager will focus on the people side of change moving to new systems with an emphasis on leading our clients and their users through the transition to Oracle Cloud including ERP, EPM, and HCM modules. You’ll create and deliver strategies and plans to help client employees maximize the adoption of new programs by delivering user readiness solutions.


The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance with secondary responsibility to support the development of the change management practice. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact our clients’ employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes for our clients.


This role requires excellent communication, multi-tasking, prioritization, Excel, and PowerPoint skills to prepare data and presentations for clients in partnership with the US-based OCM team. The Organizational Change Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by managing the OCM activities across multiple projects and clients beginning with supporting the client project team to upskill on Oracle Cloud modules; developing communication plans; conducting surveys and analysis after each round of testing to track progress of the client team throughout the project; and supporting the approach to training development and delivery including partnering with subcontractors as necessary.


Job Responsibilities:


· Implement change initiatives related to business processes and Oracle cloud technologies for our clients.


· Develop (or update from templates) change management standard tools such as communication plans, readiness surveys, change impact analysis, etc.


· Deliver project strategies and plans, including user assessments, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training. 


· Support the analysis of client project team readiness survey results across projects (excel skills including creating pivot tables and charts among other data analysis approaches)


· Deliver change management and user readiness in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods,


· Lead and facilitate meetings with clients to ensure an understanding of the current company culture, and jointly develop change readiness assessments and the associated adoption plans


· Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the required changes.


 


Required Job Skills and Experience:


· 5+ years of experience in performing at least one of the following for ERP and HR systems implementations


o Delivering change management and user readiness services


o Designing and delivering training and learning programs


o Project management of OCM activities for a client


o Another similar discipline demonstrating a clear understanding and experience in leading people through a change and the change process as well as experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools


· Excellent client relationship skills to rally and lead people through changes. Mature skills to motivate and drive teams to successful outcomes


· Clear, compelling, and concise written and oral communication skills including active listening skills with a clear understanding and ability to tailor the messaging appropriately across audiences and organizational levels


· Strong time management and analytical skills. Organized, detail oriented, self-motivated & proactive.


· Ability to successfully take ownership and accountability of tasks and prioritization while working with minimal supervision.


· Strong knowledge of and adherence to project standards and implementing best practices.


· Understanding of ERP system development and deployment methodology


· Demonstrated ability to respond quickly to shifting priorities and multi-tasking


· Strong client management and facilitation skills


· Proven ability to deliver under pressure against timeline and budget in a fast-moving environment


Preferred Job Skills and Experience:


· Change Management Professional and/or Project Manager certification such as Procsi, CCMP, or other user readiness or change adoption certification


· 5_ years delivering change Management services for Oracle HCM or Finance Cloud implementations
