Leads Oracle Fusion Cloud Projects, Grants, and Financials implementations for clients. Designs end-to-end architectures, oversees configurations, integrations, customizations, testing, training, governance, and post-implementation support. Serves as a functional subject matter expert, translates business requirements into scalable solutions, leads fit-gap analysis and change requests, mentors teams, and drives continuous improvement. Requires extensive Oracle experience, multiple full-lifecycle implementations, public-sector grants accounting knowledge, and the ability to lead concurrent assignments.

Provides functional leadership and hands-on production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll clients. Manages payroll processing, validation, reconciliation, corrections, issue resolution, year-end activities, regulatory updates, quarterly releases, regression testing, integrations, and process improvements. Serves as an escalation point while maintaining client relationships and coordinating with consulting teams.

Designs, develops, integrates, customizes, and supports Oracle Cloud solutions across ERP, HCM, and SCM. Performs data conversions and migrations, builds REST and SOAP integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, troubleshoots technical issues, and creates technical documentation. Collaborates with functional consultants to translate requirements into technical specifications and participates throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and development through testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Oracle Cloud HCM, support implementations and upgrades, conduct user workshops, create functional designs and test cases, coordinate integrations and customizations, troubleshoot issues, and provide post-go-live support and process improvements.

Provide technical architecture and delivery expertise for Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM implementations and support. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution mapping, configuration, conversions, integrations, reporting, security, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live support. The role requires hands-on expertise across Oracle ERP and HCM modules, technical development using PL/SQL and SQL, OTBI and FRS reporting, data conversion tools, interfaces, approvals, and SSO. The architect also oversees quality, resolves complex issues, leads deliverables, and communicates with clients.

Provide functional leadership and support for Oracle Cloud Financials Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Configure and deliver full lifecycle implementations and post-production managed services, troubleshoot production issues, gather and document requirements, design scalable configurations, lead enhancements, and advise clients on controls, workflows, integrations, and reporting to optimize P2P operations.

Provide functional support, optimization, issue resolution, and enhancements for Oracle Cloud Financials (primarily General Ledger). Engage with clients to gather requirements, design and configure solutions, lead implementations and post-production managed services, troubleshoot issues, and improve financial processes and reporting across financial modules.

Deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations for North American clients: lead discovery, fit-gap, FSDs, hands-on configuration, data conversion, integrations, testing (SIT/UAT/Parallel), deployment, and 30-day hypercare while coordinating cross-functional teams and performing payroll validation and reconciliation.

Lead Oracle Cloud Procurement and SCM implementation including discovery, requirements, hands-on configuration, solution design, integration, CRPs/UAT, knowledge transfer, and 30-day post-deployment support. Act as functional SME across procurement and inventory modules and report status to project management.

Lead design, delivery, governance, and operations of OCI cloud environments for AMS clients. Manage cloud teams, ensure security/compliance (SOC2, ITIL), drive cost optimization, vendor/stakeholder governance, incident and capacity management, and promote automation, observability, and infrastructure-as-code practices.

Lead and coordinate ERP/HCM and infrastructure (OCI, PeopleSoft, EBS) projects for public sector clients. Develop project plans, manage stakeholders, track budgets, risks, and change control, coordinate testing and cutover, ensure PMO governance, and support go-live and post-go-live handoffs.

The candidate will work with the PeopleSoft AMS team, focusing on Techno-Functional consulting for HCM or FSCM with 4+ years of experience.

The role involves implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials, testing, documentation, user training, and post-implementation support.
