As the Oracle Fusion Applications Financials Implementation Practice Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation practice focused on Oracle Fusion Applications Financials. You will oversee a team of consultants and architects to deliver high-quality implementation services to clients, with a particular focus on the public sector.

The Organizational Change Manager will focus on the people side of change moving to new systems with an emphasis on leading clients and their users through the transition to Oracle Cloud. Responsibilities include creating and implementing change management strategies, supporting client project teams, developing communication plans, and facilitating cross-functional team activities.

Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud US Payroll applications, including solution design, business process analysis, configuration, validation, system integration, and deployment.

Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation applications, conduct client discovery sessions, develop requirements, configure the system, lead validation sessions, resolve issues, and support deployment.

Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Benefits and Compensation applications, including solution design, configuration, and deployment. Deliver solutions that meet customer objectives using industry best practices and product knowledge. Conduct discovery sessions, document requirements, lead configuration, and resolve issues. Requires 7+ years of Oracle experience and strong communication skills.

The Oracle Cloud Procurement Functional Lead will provide functional leadership for the conversion of legacy applications to Oracle Cloud. They will be responsible for solution design, business process analysis, and system integration in the procure to pay business processes. The lead will act as a Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Procurement, Payables, Payments, Sourcing, and Contracts Cloud modules.

Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor and Absence Management applications, conduct business process analysis, configuration, system integration, and deployment. Deliver solutions that meet customer objectives by combining best practices and product knowledge. Must have at least 7 years of Oracle experience and extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM.
