職務の目的

企業の持つ不動産課題の解決を行ないその企業の利益向上の可能性を最大に引き出す

主要業務と職責

１．オフィス仲介営業全般

　(1)新規クライアントの獲得

　(2)既存クライアントとのリレーション構築

　(3)顧客のニーズに応じた物件選定・提案、賃貸条件等各種条件交渉

　(4)上記に付随関連する業務全般

２．ビジネスデベロップメント

業務提供を通じ、同一顧客から派生的業務を獲得

社内外の関与先

事業会社（日系・外資系）、ビルオーナー（デベロッパー、生損保、不動産リート・ファンド等）、ゼネコン、その他
