About the Role
支持上海事业部银保渠道业务发展岗位资格
- 大专及以上学历
- 通过公司和监管要求的相关培训及资格认证考试
- 3年以上市场营销经验（有银行保险经验者优先录用）；无工作经验者，可以按渠道支持经理0级录用
- 熟悉保险及金融业务知识
- 较强的沟通协调能力
岗位职责
- 同网点职员建立良好关系，维护网点关系，达成既定的个人业务目标
- 组织网点培训和执行各类客户活动
- 协助理财经理达成既定的业绩目标
- 为网点提供客户分层管理专业意见
- 辅导网点理财经理完成保单销售和客户服务
- 按公司规定参加培训及会议，完成活动量管理工作

Skills Required
- Associate degree or above
- Pass company and regulatory training and qualification exams
- 3+ years marketing experience (bank insurance experience preferred)
- Familiarity with insurance and financial business knowledge
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Bank-insurance (bancassurance) experience
