The PositionJob Summary
The Patient Solution Manager will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Define nation-wide and local (by different ecosystem circle) projects scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams. Set clear expectations, delegate tasks, and ensure team members are motivated and productive.
• Allocate and manage project resources efficiently. Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans. Proactively address issues to keep projects on track.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards. Conduct regular quality checks and reviews.
• Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, team members, and senior management. Provide regular project status updates and reports.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses. Control costs and seek opportunities for cost savings.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Assess the impact and communicate changes effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Build strong relationships with KOLs or other key stakeholders. Ensure their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
