We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager of Agency Development to join the Snap Agency team, based in Beijing or Shenzhen, China! You will be responsible for developing and implementing our commercial strategy for the Chinese advertising market. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams within Snap, as well as external partners, to grow advertising sales in China.

What you’ll do:

  • Implement Snap’s commercial strategy for China, in particular through partnership with Snap sales agencies in the market

  • Coach agencies to effectively deliver Snap’s narrative and product positioning, the ad offerings for best market and customer fit. Collect agency demand and feedback, and giving feasibility optimization suggestions;

  • Provide optimization suggestions to agency high potential customers to drive spending improvement;

  • Promote the relative projects,  such as product adoption and business growth programs, providing guidance  and support to agencies to achieve the goals

  • Provide  training and empowerment, improve agency products and optimization capabilities, ensure the professionalism and stability of the docking team, control violations and handle complaints;

  • Regularly review, output summary reports on optimized products and delivery methodologies,and provide data analysis and theoretical support for the formulation of subsequent optimization strategies;

  • Become an expert in your market or region with deep knowledge about the key players (both platforms and customers), local customs, and regional trends, empower both  internal team and agency team

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience in advertising/user growth; have a certain knowledge of advertising creativity and advertising methodologies in different industries;

  • Proficient in using data analysis tools, including but not limited to Excel, SQL, and Python;

  • Have a deep understanding of digital marketing and be extremely sensitive to data;

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once 

  • Be proactive in work, have strong learning ability

  • English can be used as a working language

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking

  • Requires 2 years+ of account management experience on overseas platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok

  • Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem

  • Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies)

  • Ability to summarize insights and best practices, and share them with partners and customers.

  • Passionate about Snapchat and up for the challenge of building something from the ground up
