Responsible for maintaining semiconductor equipment performance and reliability through technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and lifecycle improvements. 基本要求（MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS）
- 相關技術領域之學士學位或進階證照，或同等之技術類軍事經驗，或學歷與相關經驗之組合
- 優先考量之科系包含電機工程, 機械工程, 化學工程, 材料科學, 製造, 機電整合, 工業工程
- 願意且能夠：整個班次於高低不平或狹窄的地面站立與行走, 穿戴個人防護裝備（PPE）與無塵服, 彎腰, 跪姿及攀爬以觸及機台, 需要時搬運重達 40 磅(18公斤)的物品
- 願意配合 12 小時輪班制度（含日班, 夜班, 週末及假日班），並依公司規定安排用餐與休息時間，以支援 24/7 全天候製造營運運作。

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree, advanced technical certification, equivalent technical military experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, diagnose equipment or systems, and interpret data
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control principles and continuous improvement
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, automation, or manufacturing systems
- Technical documentation and communication skills
- Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift, wear PPE and cleanroom garments, bend, kneel, climb, and lift up to 40 pounds
