DSP（Deal Structuring & Pricing）は、提案フェーズにおいて案件設計と価格戦略を担う専門組織です。
セールスやソリューションチームと連携しながら、クライアント課題や業界動向を踏まえたビジネスケース、価格モデル、契約スキームを設計します。
人月型のみならず成果連動型やサブスクリプション型など多様な商流モデルを活用し、大規模・複雑案件の成立と収益性向上を支援します。
◆具体的な業務内容
・クライアント課題や業界動向、市場・競合情報の分析
・クライアント課題に対し、アクセンチュアのサービスやソリューションを活用した提案内容・ビジネスケースの策定
・価格モデルおよび契約スキームの設計
・成果連動型、サブスクリプション型など多様なコマーシャルモデルの評価・構築
・競争力と収益性を両立する価格戦略の立案
・価格交渉方針の策定および社内承認プロセス支援
複数案件を並行して担当します。契約締結後は別チームへ引き継ぐため、デリバリーフェーズの長期常駐やプロジェクト運営は担当範囲外です。
案件責任者（マネジング・ディレクター）、アカウント責任者、セールス担当、ソリューションアーキテクト担当、リーガル担当、ファイナンス担当など幅広い部門と連携します。
