【職務概要】
組織のポリシーおよび手順に関する知識が求められる、多岐にわたるアドミ二ストレーション業務を担当していただきます。シスコのリーダーをサポートするため、機密性が高く重要な業務の詳細を管理し、遂行します。社内関係者にとどまらず、社外の顧客やパートナーを含む主要なステークホルダーとの関係構築・維持も行います。 マネージャーやディレクター、またはチームといった非エグゼクティブのアシスタント業務として、カレンダー管理を担当します。リーダーのカレンダーを管理し、アジェンダの作成、場所の確保、すべてのロジスティクスの確認など、会議の編成・計画をサポートします。スケジュールやイベントの管理においては、グローバルなタイムゾーンや文化・宗教的な休日に関する知識を活用し、配慮します。また、経費管理を行いつつ出張手配も行います。必要に応じて、特別プロジェクトを支援する分析サポートを提供します。サポートするリーダーのレベルによっては、イベント（チームアクティビティ、全社ワークショップ、オフサイトミーティング、トレーニングなど）の企画や運営に貢献します。

・標準的な日常の事務業務を実行します。（会議の計画、資料作成の調整、会議日程の調整・設定、参加者への招待状の送付、アジェンダの配布、出欠の確認、必要なテクノロジーや機材を含む会議場所の手配など）
・特別プロジェクト（例：特別イベント、チームビルディング活動、オフィスの移転、トレーニングセッションなど）のサポートを依頼される場合があります。
・会社のポリシーや手順に関する幅広い知識と、ビジネスの実務知識を活用して、割り当てられたタスクを遂行します。
・サポートするディレクターの技術的な問題も含め、事務面で広範囲に影響を与える問題を調査・分析します。
・チームに関する知識を活かし、重要な成果物の優先順位付けを行います。 ・プロジェクトの影響度や緊急性を明確にするため、必要に応じて他者に助言を求めることがあります。
・社内外のステークホルダーと良好な業務関係を構築します。
・同僚とともに、ビジネスミーティング、イベント、フォーラムに参加します。
・シスコのリーダーからの指示や意見をもとに、カレンダーを整理・管理します。
・経費ポリシーを遵守しつつ、リーダーの意向を考慮した最適な出張手配を計画し、旅程表を作成します。
・会議の計画・編成をサポートし、場所の手配やその他のロジスティクスを調整します。
・会議に出席し、議事録を作成し、アクションアイテムを共有・展開する場合があります。
